Finally!

Mom finally got a digicam (that's what she calls it) so she just might get around to photographing ME for my tremenjous blog! How cool is that?! I just visited William's blog so I'm going to respond to one of the posties:

1.. I didn't get bigger but I got fatter. Mom calls me her kittytank. That's not nice! I suppose it's better than calling me "Airbus" though.
2. I like to sleep on my mom. Anywhere on my mom. She says I cut the circulation off in her legs when I sleep on them at night. That's wrong. I think she does that herself!
3. I love to throw the sand after using the stink-box. I could win if we had some kitty olympics for sand-throwing.
4. My nails finally grew back all the way after the last cat fix-it place visit in November. Now I can do some REAL damage to the recliner and I'm happy-happy about that!
5. I like to talk to mom a lot but she says I sound like I never learned how to meow properly. What does she espect anyway -- I'm the only fur person here (thank goodness!!).
6. I is a good hider. When people come over, they only know I live here because they see my dishes and my stink-box.
7. My favorite stinky goodness is anything with salmon in it. Purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

So those are my answers. That was fun!

Not busy, just confused

My mom lost my password for this tremenjous blog!! The ladygardenectomy is over and done with (finally). My mom says I have super powers because of a special jump I do. I stand on one side of her on the bed and jump and land on her other side. She watches me do it and it baffles her because she thinks I'm magic. It's magic because she can't see me getting ready to jump!! I have at last perfected the art of jumping with no apparent preparation!!! Us cats all probably know that one but it sure impresses the beans!! I love the look on her face when I do that!!!

I hope everyone is doing good. William got a brother! I'm glad that his mom didn't lose his password or I'd never know!

I am bigger now but not by much. I am still planning on being tiger-sized at least but mom says I'm done growing. That's what she thinks -- I'm just going to keep concentrating on growing in my mind.

I been busy...

...sleeping, mostly. It has been cold in Albaturkey (perfect sleeping weather!). Hopefully there won't be any more snow or ice for mom to fall on and hurt herself again! She seems to be getting over it -- there hasn't been any talking about putting crickets in the landed-lady's office lately. Besides, why waste crickets on somebody who prolly won't eat them?

Wheeeee!

Thanks pals for letting me know about the ladygarden-ectomy. I guess that there is worse things (like living outside like I used to). I been following Mom all over the apartment now. She doesn't know what to think about it. My favoritest thing this week is attacking her arm while she's asleep and not letting go even when she tries to move it.

Just Wondering...

Mom says that I need to get spaded. What on earth is that? And why does she keep saying the letters V-E-T?? Something is going on. Just in case its something I doesn't like, I'm getting even ahead of time. I been attacking mom's arm while she's asleep. She tries to move her arm away but I like to stay attached. It's fun to bunny-kick her when she's asleep! That makes up for her petting my itty foots when she's awake.

Messed with Mom's Mind

I am still laughing (quietly). When mom called me, I answered to my name today. She nearly falled off the chair! So I'm rearranging things again. The kitty who doesn't change her mind doesn't have one. I've even started following her to another room instead of hiding under the bed. I don't mind the bed -- I keep my toys under there. I play with them when mom is asleep. Wheeee! I is having some serious fun here!

Name change

Mom finally gave up and now she calls me Boo-Boo. Why? Because I won't answer to anything else! I don't answer to Boo-Boo all that much either, to be honest. But I did not like being called Chloe so I just ignored her when she called me that. I am still a stealth cat but not quite as much as I used to be. Mom is great for taking long naps on. She keeps wanting to move around, though, which really cuts into my nap times!

Happy (insert the holiday of your choice here)!

Merry Christmas, fellow kitties!!!

Stealth Cat is getting tired of being stealthy

I let mom hold me for a whole hour this week. Now she thinks she can hold me whenever she wants to! Humph! I do like to sleep by her but I like to run away when she tries to pet me. It is hard to get over being a feral kitty! I love mom and like her to pet me but I'm still nervous. I heard her tell grandma that these things take time and that we just have to be patient. I talk to her at night and she always answers so I do feel safe. Its just hard to calm down sometimes!

I gets brave

My uncle fished me out from under mom's recliner. Mommy held me for a long time and petted and talked to me. I like her so much that I stayed on her lap even after she stopped holding me up near her face. I got such a nice mommy! She talked and talked to me and I nearly fell asleep on her. I hope she fishes me out of there again soon. She's nice!

Stealth Cat -- decloaked

My uncle caught me and held me (he used to take care of me before he brought me to mom's house) and then he had mom hold me. She's nice! I've been working up to getting closer to her but I'm kinda shy. Mom held me and I purred for her. She let me get off her lap finally so I got into the entertainment center to watch her for a while. I did not go back under the recliner, though. I'm getting kind of tired of hiding out under there. Mom says I'm pretty and that my eyes are amber-colored (whatever that is) and not green like in my picture.

Stealth Report

Well, mom is onto my hiding spot (under the recliner) but I is way too smart for her. She lifts it up, I run out, she puts it down, and I get back under it. Bwahahahaha! Sometimes I runs over and hides out in the entertainment center (love it -- lots of hiding spots) and laugh to myself while she talks and talks and talks to me. Truth is, I'm not as ascared of her as I used to be but I still won't let her get very close. Sometimes I talk to her at night and then run away when she answers. Gotta make sure she knows that I'm in charge here!

Stealth Kitty

That's what mom calls me now -- the Stealth Kitty. I can't help it that this place is all carpeted and that my footies don't make any noise! I haven't let mom see me but she knows I'm here...I think. She must know -- she keeps my sandbox nice and clean and makes sure that there are lots of crunchies and water. I keep finding these little thingies with 'nip in them (I know it is called 'nip because you all told me so). I hear mom laughing when she sees that I've been moving them around. Someone has to decorate this place! Mom says she feels like she lives in a giant cubicle...whatever that is!

I'm suspicious

This is an interesting place but I'm still suspicious. I let mom pet me a few days ago...briefly. She keeps feeding me and scooping my box, though. And I found these nifty thingies that smell good and I like to smack them around at night when mom is asleep. I heard mom say tell her mom that they have this "catnip" stuff in them. I hid one from mom but she found the other one. She's still trying to find out where I hide when she's home. I'll never tell.

This is me

New in town...no, really!

Mom's brother just brought me here to Albuquerque to live with her. I used to live outside in Phoenix and mom's brother fed me. The mean apartment people wouldn't let me move in with him so he brought me to mom's house, which is not the same but it looks promising. I'll have to get used to being inside all the time, but mom has lots of places for me to see outside so I guess I'll get used to it. She keeps the food and treats coming and I have my first ever sandbox! Mom is happy that I'm here even though I am keeping my distance for now.
